What I Did Last Summer

by Belinda Fuchs

Clambakes, Umbrella Drinks, Baseball, Hot Dogs, Convertibles,
Suntans, Hot Fudge Sundaes, Bikinis, Lemonade, Water skiing, Beach Balls, BBQs….Wow, how the summer has flown by!

Now that we are in our final week of summer, I am smiling as I recall the adventures… climbing the shoulders of my boyfriend to share a picture and a laugh with a 12-ft tall Uncle Sam, spending a day at the playground with my oldest nephew Spencer (2 ½ going on 5), the birth of my 2nd nephew, being interviewed for Money Matters radio wearing a Hawaiian lei for a bonus video telecast, hanging with Marcia Wieder, Loral Langemeier, and Jon and Owen of The Passing Zone at this summer’s conferences, or volunteering
last weekend at a field day for adults with disabilities.

How about you? Share with us one of your fun experiences, see some more of my summer travels, and get some ideas of enjoyable experiences you can be adding into your life all year long. Let us know below…

You have an unprecedented opportunity right now to buy a home and capitalize on the following 5 key factors all working to your advantage:

1. Record low mortgage rates- Mortgage interest rates have not been this low since they started tracking rates in the mid-1950’s. Based on a recent snapshot of national average mortgage rates from Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey on July 22, 2010, the national average rate is 4.56% with 0.7 points on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage. At the same time last year, the rate was 5.2% with 0.7 points. Even a 2% swing in interest rates can cause a significant impact. Here is a quick comparison for a $200,000 loan with a 30-year fixed term: [click to continue…]

Each time I speak with another person involved with direct sales, I continue to be shocked, saddened, and fired up. These are great people yet struggling way too much.

These people, mostly women, would ask me…

  • How am I supposed to manage the money for the business?
  • I’m making more money than ever, yet I feel broker than ever. What’s wrong here?

They were making the same disastrous mistakes over and over again. The worst is that these mistakes are all preventable.

Let’s say NO MORE and TAKE CHARGE of your money and your own success! [click to continue…]

Spend time not just money

by Belinda Fuchs

As I held my new nephew Drew, it felt as if the whole world stopped around us.

Time stood still and my heart filled with joy.

Then in the next moment, he opened his eyes and I realized how grateful I felt, and yet how quickly the moments pass. I was in awe, kissed his head, and then he yawned, or maybe it was Drew sharing a knowing smile.

Watch the video (with a 1st time cameo appearance from Drew) for your tip now… [click to continue…]
